Raw Cashew Alfredo Sauce


1 cup raw cashews, soaked for at least an hour, and drained 1/2 cup water 1 clove raw garlic 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice (about half of a lemon) 1/2 tsp. sea salt pepper, to taste

Place all the ingredients into a high-powered blender or food processor, and blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste, then serve over your favorite pasta or spiraled veggie noodles!
